TSG BLADES WARRANTY COVERAGE

TSG Blades warrants that your knife will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty covers:

• Structural integrity of the blade
• Heat treatment defects
• Handle construction and attachment
• Finish applications (within normal wear parameters)
• Manufacturing defects affecting functionality

If your TSG blade fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Because we stand behind our American craftsmanship, this warranty applies regardless of when you purchased your knife.

PROFESSIONAL USE CONFIDENCE

We recognize that professionals who choose our knives do so because failure isn't an option in their line of work. That's why our warranty extends to reasonable professional use scenarios, including tactical applications, law enforcement duties, and military service. While no knife is indestructible, TSG Blades are designed and built to withstand the demands that professionals place on their equipment.

LIMITATIONS

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Modifications or alterations not performed by TSG Blades
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
• Sharpening or routine maintenance

The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is helpful but not required for warranty service.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If you believe your TSG blade has a defect covered by this warranty:

1. Contact our customer service team with a description of the issue and photos if possible
2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Send only the knife (not the sheath or accessories unless specifically requested)
4. We'll evaluate your knife and either repair, replace, or return it

We strive to complete warranty service promptly, typically within 3-4 weeks from receipt. For professionals who depend on their equipment daily, we offer expedited service options—just let us know your operational needs when submitting your warranty claim.

COUNTERFEIT WARNING:  

(a) If a knife returned for warranty work is found to be an actual or suspected counterfeit or replica item, REVO shall have the right to impound the knife for further investigation of its authenticity. TSG BLADES shall not be liable to you, or anyone else, for payment of the price of any suspected counterfeit knife under investigation. If TSG BLADES, in its sole discretion, determines that the knife you returned for repairs is a counterfeit, TSG BLADES has the right to permanently impound and/or destroy the knife. Knives determined to be counterfeit will not be returned to you. 

(b) TSG BLADES shall have the right to conduct destructive examinations to verify the authenticity of any knife REVO receives which it suspects to be counterfeit. TSG BLADES shall not be liable to you, or anyone else, for the price of any knife destroyed by examination if it is later found to be a counterfeit. 

(c) TSG BLADES investigation may include the participation of third parties or governmental investigative agencies as required by law. By sending in your knife for repair, you agree to cooperate in good faith with any investigation conducted by TSG, third parties, and/or governmental agencies, including, but not limited to, cooperating with investigations to identify the seller or source of the counterfeit goods by providing the name, location, and other identifying information about the seller.
